Green slag glass shade with scene of a man on horseback riding through the woods towards a church. All six panels reflect this scene. One glass panel is broken, some of the pieces are included. Another panel is cracked but held in with a piece of tape. We do not believe that the lamp base and shade are a match. Double socket lamp has a weighted cast iron base stamped WB 805/4410. Gold tone finish has rubbed off in many areas. Sockets are replacements. Replaced finial. Shade is 15.5 inches wide. Powers on.
