Circa 1965 portrait painting by Hal Frater New York City, (1909 - 2008) titled "Victim of Time". Oil painting on board with walnut and gold leaf frame. Painting framed at Grippi Gallery in Manhattan for one of Frater's solo art gallery shows. Grippi Gallery paper label to verso with "Grippi" and Gallery's address "344 East 59 Street/ New York, N,Y, ..." and title "Victim of Time" lightly penciled on label. Frater's works can be found in numerous both public and private collections in the United States and Europe. Good condition. Measures 9.25 inches x 1.25 x 9.5 inches tall.
